  4. Navigate the selected class

Choose a class

 

  1. Click the Class link to view and navigate the class

 

o        Display Subjects in ascending/ alphabetical order

o        Logs Link – this page will allow you to monitor your attendance in the class.

1.       Click  to view class logs

2.       Click  link

Note:

·         It is required to properly log-out for accurate attendance generation. Otherwise, your log-in will be disregarded.

Bulletin Board - Default Page

 

·         Display all posted announcements in descending order by date

·         Announcement with number of replies

·         Deleting or editing announcement is not allowed if there are submitted replies.

·         Set Deadline Date – students could only post their reply on or before the deadline date.

·         View students’ reply in one page

·         Upload multiple file

·         Paste Announcement/Reminders with Files to other subjects without renaming the file

Create announcement / reminders

1.       Click link

2.       Type the data needed, all are required. Properly Choose the Announcement Type.

Check  to set a deadline date.

3.       Click  button, OR to CANCEL reply click

Upload or attach file(s)

1.       Create announcement / reminders - optional if already created

2.       Click link on the selected announcement

3.       Click the  button to select a file, then click  button

4.       Click  button, OR to CANCEL click

Edit announcement / reminders

1.      Click  link

2.      Type the corrections

3.      Click  button.

 

Delete announcement / reminders – Single record

1.       Click  link, a message box appear – Single record

 

OR

Check   OR to select all records click the checkbox on the header   – Multiple record  

then click  button

 

2.       Click  button to delete, or click  to cancel erasing the message
